随着我国船舶行业的不断发展，国际、国内规范及标准对船舶消防设备提出更高更新的要求。在泡沫消防中，为了船舶甲板泡沫灭火系统及直升机平台泡沫灭火系统的需要，为了消除泡沫液隔膜贮罐的囊袋渗漏甚至老化破裂的隐患。在《低倍数泡沫灭火系统设计规范》的修订条文中规定：压力式比例混合装置隔膜罐容积应不大于10M3；无囊式单罐容积如大于5 M3，并且无分割时，宜设置一台小容量的混合装置。因此，国内传统的泡沫比例混合装置不能满足大范围泡沫消防项目的需要，而引进国外产品，价格昂贵，维修困难。我公司开发研制的平衡压力式泡沫比例混合装置正好满足要求，并可适用于远距离和现场控制。

Thus, domestic traditional foam proportioning mixing devices can not meet the needs of a wide range of foam fire-fighting project, and the introduction of foreign products is very expensive, the cost of maintenance services is high, therefore, Yonghang balanced pressure foam proportioning device is able to satisfy the demands, and can be applied to long distance and on-site control.
